My second stay at Crowne Plaza Geneva was just as delightful as the first. The modern and clean rooms, though not spacious, had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The convenient location near the airport and Palexpo, with a quick shuttle ride or a pleasant 15-minute walk, made it perfect for my early flight. The exceptional customer service stood out during my stay, from the friendly reception staff to the attentive restaurant and bar team. Their efforts to make our stay comfortable truly made this feel like a luxury experience. The complimentary water and apples in the lift lobby were a thoughtful touch after a morning jog.Despite having to leave before dawn for my flight, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth departure with a bus to the airport and even provided coffee and croissants for the early start. The free bus ticket to explore Geneva was a nice bonus that made getting into town quick and convenient.Crowne Plaza Geneva is a stylish and convenient hotel with excellent service and modern facilities.
